Releveling Uni Stone Walkways, Driveways & Patios
Have your stones shifted over time? Has your driveway sunken below your garage door sil? Do you have tire grooves in your driveway?
We re-level uni stone driveways, walkways and patios. Our team of experts will lift up all the existing pavers and stack them off to the side while we adjust the appropriate height by adding new materials.
We then level and compact the new materials to ensure a solid base for the stone pavers.
Next we carefully relay all pavers in the existing pattern, high pressure clean the stones and finish by applying the best quality PERMACON polymeric sand in between all joints.

High-Pressure Cleaning
Fast and cost effective, you will immediately see the results of our cleaning services.
We high pressure clean the surface of the paver and in between the joints and cracks removing all dirt, weeds, grease stains and old sand. We clean all the way down to the bottom of the stone to ensure that all of the old sand has been removed.
This extra attention will stop water erosion from under the stones. We then apply the best quality PERMACON polymeric sand into the clean joints.
Once completed your pavers will be rejuvenated and look new and fresh once again!
Flagstone & Natural Stone Restoration
Proper maintenance is suggested for all Natural stone to ensure its longevity and durability.
We carefully remove all concrete and mortar around the stone and properly clean the affected areas allowing us to restore and strengthen your existing natural stone walkways, patio’s and stone walls.
The application of a sealer at the end will also help prolong and preserve the stone.

Proper water drainage around your foundation and property is very important. Retaining walls can buckle over time and even collapse, which also causes improper water drainage.
Using the existing stone, with care and proper technic we rebuild retaining and natural rock walls from the foundation up creating the correct angles and proper drainage for your property.
